About this apartment rental

This is the place you'll be happy to be, totally remodeled! This super bright apartment is located in a very quiet and small street in the heart of Graça, one of the most historic districts of Lisbon. With a delicious decoration, the apartment can accommodate 4 people, and 1 baby, since we can provide a baby cot! It consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed with views to the Convento da Graça, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with wardrobe, a living room full of light, cable TV with more than 100 channels, English, French and Spanish, free wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, 2 bathrooms with shower, and also a balcony with some views of the Tagus River! On the highest hill of the famous seven hills of Lisbon, right next to Alfama and São Jorge castle, Graça is a traditional neighbourhood with a real taste of old Lisbon: the "butcher's shop". (butchery), the "bakeries" and "pastry shops", and the "winery". But also the convenience of supermarket chains, bank branches and ATMs. Hip and traditional restaurants and "tascas" (pubs) offer fantastic Portuguese cuisine. You will be one step away from two of Lisbon's most beautiful panoramic viewpoints, Miradouro da Graça and Miradouro da Nossa Senhora do Monte, where you will have stunning views over the Tagus river "Tejo" and the hills of Lisbon! At an easy walking distance of 5m you will be in the district of Alfama, 10m from the Castle, 15m from Mouraria, and in all the main points of interest of central Lisbon. In a 5 minute walk you will find the flea market "Feira da Ladra" the most typical and genuine street market of the city that happens on Saturdays and Tuesdays (better in the morning). This is the market where you can find... everything! The most legendary tram in Lisbon - number 28 - that passes through the main districts of the city, stops 80 meters from the Apartment. The apartment is located 20 minutes walk from the main international railway station of Santa Apolónia and 20 minutes by car from the airport. You will also find some buses from Graça to the city centre. You will stay in the right place to experience the atmosphere and character of Lisbon, you will be happy to choose this apartment! ;-)

- Check-in between 21h00 and 23h00 has a fee of 20€. Between 23h00 and 01h00 the fee is 30€.

- During the month of June, Lisbon hosts popular festivals. There will be many events with music, dancing and food in the streets. The festival will be especially popular in our neighborhood between the 8th and 20th of June.

Really enjoyed our time at the apartment. Host was great and communication was on time and helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend with two small caveats. First, if you are tall, the upstairs area around the master bed makes for a lot of ducking. Second, there are a number of bars and restaurants immediately below the apartment and the music and crowd noises go well into the night. If you are fine with a lively scene, you will really enjoy it.

This property is perfect for two couples with two sleeping rooms and two bathrooms and there is good storage space. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a washing machine that helped on our trip. A large dining table and four chairs is where we spent our apartment time, working, playing games, having meals together. There are many windows to let in tons of lignt. You can close up to minimize the fun on the street. There are restaurants just below the apartment. Uber is easy in Lisbon. We used it often. The hills are steep. The roads are winding and confusing. Our stay was great. Loved this apartment.

GREAT location: 20-30 minute walk to many different neighborhoods. 8 min walk to a metro stop. Note walking back up the hill is no joke. The place was very nice and cozy - it felt great to hang out there. There was some noise at night from the restaurants downstairs, but it wasn't terrible. It was just a couple of blocks to a grocery store, and a great bakery is just downstairs. This place worked perfectly for us.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.L'appartement est lumineux et fonctionnel. Sa situation permet de commencer la visite de la ville à pied en descendant vers le Tage.De plus Juan est très disponible et donne d'excellents conseils.
