The apartment was very clean, well located and well equipped. It was comfortable and well heated. The view on the cathedral was really beautiful. The staff were friendly and very reactive.
I had to give a deposit of 199 euro before being able to check in. The property then took a second 199 euro from my bank account without my permission after I had checked out, despite sending a message to say we had taken very good care of the apartment and everything was perfect. It took them almost a week to give back the second deposit whereas the first one took a few days. So overall, not a problem but I would have liked to know that before I booked as it made quite a hole in my bank account.

L’emplacement est juste à côté de la cathédrale à 5 minutes du centre ville à pied, la réactivité de Nina et Joffray et l'appartement est suffisamment grand et bien équipé

L'emplacement est top pour visiter Blois et la région. L'appartement était propre et conforme aux photos et à sa description. Nous avons tout le temps trouvé une place de parking juste en face (places payantes).
Il y avait des jeux d'echecs et de cartes aussi forunis sur place ce qui a permis de bien occuper les enfants dans l'appartement.
La procédure de checkin est aussi très simple avec les instructions très claires reçues à la confirmation de la réservation.
Peut-être plus de vaisselle (nous avions réussi à utiliser ce qui était fourni mais un peu plus de vaisselles pour 4 aurait pu être un bon plus : exemple avoir 4 bols, 4 grandes tasses de café / de boisson chaude).
