Very cute flat with amazing views

Quiet location, views to the river Loire and the castle. Easy to warm up, big shower, comfy bed in main bedroom. Secure parking and many restaurants just across the river.

Sofabed was not quite as comfortable to sleep on.

Beautiful large apartment. A bit of a walk from the center of town but right on the river, and a 5 minute walk from the boulangerie and grocery store.

Could have used hand towels or paper towels in the kitchen.

Bien situé pour nous, propre, ancien très bien rénové mais canapé lit trop inconfortable.

Il s'agit d'un studio au premier côté cour dans un immeuble ancien très bien rénové. Très bien situé par rapport à nos besoins. La salle d'eau est fonctionnelle, la cuisine aussi même si nous n'y avons pris que nos petits-déjeuners. L'accès est facile avec les codes. Le parking à proximité n'est pas aisé, il faut parfois tourner pour trouver mais on y arrive.

Le canapé lit était très inconfortable à tel point que nous sommes partis une nuit avant la date prévue. Le fait de dormir dans la pièce de vie n'est pas agréable avec le bruit du réfrigérateur. Je pense que ces soucis sont faciles à solutionner en changeant le canapé lit par un plus confortable et en mettant un réfrigérateur intégré aux meubles de cuisine.

Séjour agréable qui aurait pu être parfait avec une cuisine mieux équipée.

Bel emplacement, au calme et proche du centre-ville. Appartement très lumineux et spacieux, neuf et propre, beaucoup de rangements.

Équipement vaisselle trop minimaliste, 1 seul petit saladier, pas d’assiettes creuses ni de petites assiettes, pas de maniques pour sortir un plat du four. Nous aurions apprécié un grille pain. Housse matelas mise à l’envers donc glissante et pas très nette sur l’endroit(idem sous housse oreillers)

Très propre. Globalement pratique.

Il est quasiment impossible d’y dormir. Le canapé-lit (seul couchage du logement) est très très inconfortable et surtout EXCESSIVEMENT bruyant !) De plus il n’y a pas d’occultation efficace, donc pour y dormir il faudrait etre non seulement sourd mais aussi aveugle.

L'emplacement, proche du centre ville. La taille de l'appartement, plutôt correcte.

Il y avait des odeurs d'égout très fortes la nuit. Les finitions paraissent assez "cheap". Le code d'une des entrées ne fonctionne pas. L'appartement n'est pas terminé (installation de climatisation)? Et il faisait très chaud.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte in questa struttura e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata negativa. Appena arrivato, ho trovato peli nel letto, segno che probabilmente le lenzuola non erano state cambiate. Dopo averlo fatto notare, la signora ha sostituito le lenzuola con evidente fastidio. Ho anche segnalato che la federa presentava macchie gialle, ma mi è stato detto che era dovuto all’usura e non alla sporcizia. Il materasso è terribile, io sono uno sportivo ma ciò nonostante mi sono alzato con il mal di schiena.

Séjour très agréable, ville au grand charme

En dehors du cœur de ville, au calme, mais à 7 minutes à pied en traversant le pont, ce qui permet d'avoir un très bel aperçu de la ville en surplomb. Petits commerces à proximité pour quelques courses de dépannage, quelques restaurants aussi. Tout se fait à pied. Stationnement facile près de la location. Appartement propre, communs avec du cachet.

Des moustiquaires aux fenêtres pourraient être une bonne idée en prévision de l'été.

L appartement n est pas assez bien équipé en cuisine, il manque des ustensiles pratiques Pour la cafetière il faudrait préciser quel type de cafetière car nous avons eu droit à une capsule café et 3 thé … Pour la salle de bain c était une baignoire avec une douche mais impraticable à moins d inonder la salle de bain Et il y a des odeurs dans une chambre des retours d égout très désagréable pendant la nuit ainsi que dans la salle de bain

super appartement, magnifiquement décoré, magnifique vue sur La Loire, bel espace au niveau du salon, magnifique salle de bain.

ustensiles de cuisine à revoir (pas de faitout, de passoire.. un seul grand plat à four peu adapté, une poële et une casserole c'est peu lorsqu'il y a des enfants et surtout si on aime cuisiner)

Un cocon avec vue sur la Loire

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet appartement la semaine dernière et nous serions bien restés un petit peu plus longtemps pour visiter la magnifique ville de Blois. L'appartement est calme, propre, spacieux et joliment décoré. Le lit de notre fille de 2 ans avait été préparé avant notre arrivée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre autonomie pour notre arrivée et notre départ.

Très bon séjour, dans un lieu magnifique.

Le lieu est magnifique, entièrement refait à neuf. Communication en amont normale mais impersonnelle. Simple mail "standard" pour les codes des portes. La salle de bain est superbe, et les équipements de la cuisine au top !

L'horloge du four, qui éclaire la pièce la nuit. Le canapé lit a un matelas un peu trop mou à mon goût.
