Beautiful view and comfort in Blois

The location is absolutely amazing: the view of the Loire is breathtaking and you have everything you need at walking distance--restaurants, bakeries, super markets. Our host was also the nicest and most helpful person you could imagine--and was able to help us out in multiple occasions. The apartment is tastefully decorated, the bed is comfortable and you have everything you need to cook, if that's what you're looking for.

The only negative thing I could point out to, is the fact that it's a 3rd story building with no elevator, but that's no one's fault really. Although there is no private parking, we never had any big issues in finding a parking place in the street nearby.

Excellent stay at an excellent location

Great accomodation that made us feel like a home away from our home. Ample heating was a plus and we never felt cold during our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses and plates, utensils, etc. Excellent location with easy walk to everything withing 5 min. We parked at a car park just 5 min walk from the apartment. Gorgeous view of La Loire from our windows. Overall an excellent stay.

The bathroom door was not working properly so we had to lock the door to keep it closed.

Fantastic location right in the centre of the old town of Blois which a wonderful view over the Loire River. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was very easy to check in and check out.

3 flights of stairs were a challenge with the suitcases!

Fabulous Stay In Beautiful Blois

This is the BEST property you could book, for a stay in beautiful Blois. Location is fabulous. It over looks the river. Double glazed windows and shutters allow for complete privacy. This apartment is clean and very well maintained. Everything you need for a perfect stay is provided. Attention to detail is much appreciated, especially a good reading lamp! The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well appointed and the space, wonderful. The apartment is well laid out and access to a working washing machine was a great bonus. We loved our stay here!

Just be aware that the apartment is on the third floor, accessible by wide wooden stairs only. Not a problem for us, but it may be for others.

The view and location. A view of the river from every room and it was good sized apartment well furnished and decorated.

Had to make the bed when we arrived. The many many squeaky stairs up to the 3rd floor with large suitcases was a bit of a hazard if you are not fit or elderly .

Emplacement idéal et une vue magnifique sur la Loire.

L'emplacement à quelques mètres du centre de la ville et de sa zone piétonne. L'appartement est spacieux, propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé avec une belle vue sur la Loire et le pont Jacques-Gabriel. Le château royal de Blois est à quelques pas du lieu de la résidence. L'emplacement géographique de l'appartement est excellent. Le propriétaire est disponible.

Petits bémols : 1) Appartement au troisième étage sans ascenseur (mais nous le savions) ; 2) L'appartement se trouve dans un immeuble donnant sur une petite place et très proche de deux restaurants : les soirées et nuits sont parfois bruyantes.
