Das Gebäude sieht von außen weniger attraktiv aus, aber drinnen befindet sich eine frisch renovierte, stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Induktionskochfeld ist neu eingebaut, jedes Zimmer hat eigene Klimaanlage. Es gibt eine Terrasse, wo man beim guten Wetter essen oder ein Getränk genießen kann. Zwei WCs/Badezimmer sind für eine Familie sehr praktisch. Parken kann man entweder auf einem absperrbaren Parkplatz (2 Parkplätze gehören zur Ferienwohnung) in wenigen Gehminuten oder auf der Straße unmittelbar vor der Ferienwohnung. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Blois sind in weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Schlüssel findet man in einem Schließfach, damit hat man mit der Ankunftszeit mehr Flexibilität. Ein großes Lob an die Gastgeberin Patrice: alles in Details beschrieben (wo die Schlüssel sind, mit welchem Schlüssel welche Tür man öffnen kann, wo der Parkplatz ist, usw.). Nach der Ankunft/Abreise hat sie gefragt, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung ist, unsere Fragen hat Patrice sehr schnell beantwortet.

Arrivée avec une boîte à clés, très pratique quand on a de la route avant :)
Le propriétaire répond rapidement.
Maison très propre, agréable, 2 chambres et 2 sdb, très pratique.
Cuisine lumineuse. Très bonne literie.
Proximité du centre ville à pied (navette gratuite sinon).
Rien à redire!

No issues with the accommodation, however the communication with the host was very abrupt, presumptive and not friendly. Also the beds are not comfortable
I would not recommend this place due to poor host communication.
Unfortunately my husband had a severe injury whilst cycling and we had to leave in a hurry in the morning and as a result had left some lights on (as is not uncommon in any normal situation). We then received a very nasty message from the host regarding leaving lights on. It's worth noting that we left the accomodation otherwise in immaculate and clean condition having only stayed for one night.
In addition to this, prior to checking in - when querying whether early check in is available (again as is normal when booking accomodation through booking com) - the host was rude in the communication then also.
Having a clean accomodation in good location is not an excuse for poor communication. And therefore we leave a bad review. Especially in a serious health related situation. Adding insult to injury!
