Great value for money, perfect for big parties.

Renovated quiet apartment, had everything you need - you could see that Patrick, the host, had thought of all the small details! The airconditioner was working very well, we had hot water, there are 2 bathrooms and seperate showers, and we could easily find parking on the street so we didn't use the designated parking space for the week we spent there. There are two seperate bedrooms on two sides of the apartment so there is privacy if needed. The appartment is a little away from Blois center (about 20-25 minutes walk), but was very convenient as we had a car (and there's a supermarket at a very short walking distance) as the exit from town is quite close if you travel around. I am sure we will come back. Great value for money!

Very clean, well laid out. It had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Amazing. We could park outside. It’s a short walk to Blois across the bridge. Bakery, Supermarket and Pharmacy on short walking distance.

Excellent!

An excellent apartment in a fabulous location – less than ten minutes walk over the bridge from the town centre. Secure parking space around the corner although we managed to park on the road right outside the apartment most of the time so no parking worries. The apartment is fully equipped with all new crockery, glasses, pans etc. Two good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Everywhere was immaculately clean. Sunny courtyard with tables and chairs (and umbrella) which was lovely for breakfast. Great boulangerie and a Carrefour Express and another supermarket literally round the corner. Toiletries were provided but not listed as such on Booking.com. Great communication with the manager and nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to recommend!

Minor comment – a hairdryer might be useful to provide (or maybe there was one but we didn’t see it!)

Adding insult to injury

No issues with the accommodation, however the communication with the host was very abrupt, presumptive and not friendly. Also the beds are not comfortable

I would not recommend this place due to poor host communication. Unfortunately my husband had a severe injury whilst cycling and we had to leave in a hurry in the morning and as a result had left some lights on (as is not uncommon in any normal situation). We then received a very nasty message from the host regarding leaving lights on. It's worth noting that we left the accomodation otherwise in immaculate and clean condition having only stayed for one night. In addition to this, prior to checking in - when querying whether early check in is available (again as is normal when booking accomodation through booking com) - the host was rude in the communication then also. Having a clean accomodation in good location is not an excuse for poor communication. And therefore we leave a bad review. Especially in a serious health related situation. Adding insult to injury!

L’emplacement du logement, la surface, les équipements et la propreté des lieux à notre arrivée.

Le sol de la cuisine qui était malheureusement endommagé devant le plan de travail, le système de chauffage difficile à faire monter en température et la tv de la chambre rouge qui n’est pas reliée à une vraie antenne ou box. Certes il y’a bien un boîtier ethernet et l’application MOLOTOV propose bien les chaînes de la TNT mais la majorité sont payantes.

Tolles Appartement, neu renoviert u sehr geschmackvoll u modern eingerichtet. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Blois. Der Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke .

Die Matratzen waren sehr hart (das ist aber individuell Geschmacksache).

Nous avions apporté nos capsules de café, et n'avons pas utilisé les vôtres- mais trouvé sympathique d'en avoir éventuellement quelques-unes! Pas eu besoin du parking: une place de stationnement libre juste devant l'hébergement en y arrivant. Emplacement idéal pour nous: les hommes étaient venus pour un tournoi de bridge, le club est à 5 mn à pied. Boulangeries et petit super marché à proximité; le château et le centre-ville faciles d'accès à pied aussi.

Peut-être un pichet ou une carafe ou une bouteille en verre pour mettre de l'eau sur la table; ainsi qu'une 2ème lampe de chevet dans la chambre rouge: nous sommes deux à lire au lit avant de nous endormir?!

Departamento excelente,practicamente nuevo,amplio, cómodo y luminoso. Equipado con todo lo necesario. Camas cómodas y 2 toilettes y 2 duchas impecables.Lavarropas, que fue útil La ubicación perfecta, a pocos metros del centro histórico. Y el parking fue fundamental en nuestro viaje.Difícilmente se encuentran alojamientos de estas características. Mis felicitaciones a los anfitriones. Gracias por el café!

Нам очень понравился ремонт и дизайн квартиры. Отдельные комнаты расположены в разных частях квартиры. Есть два туалета, что не маловажно для семей с детьми😉. Очень близко квартира расположена к историческим объектам и магазинчикам. Очень чистое постельное белье. Спасибо за гостеприимство.

Хотелось бы посоветовать хозяину оставлять соль, масло и специи для приготовления пищи.
