Appartement avec vue sur Loire

Good river view location to explore town. Modern loft apartment with all the essentials. Great parking and easy access. Would happily use again but not in very hot conditions.

Due to the unusually hot conditions we booked this apartment because it advertised air conditioning Disappointingly, it only had one noisy portable A/c unit (inadequate for the heat) requiring venting out of an open window and with instructions not to move it from the bedroom. When we arrived the apartment was sweltering and could not be cooled down leading to a very uncomfortable night. Had the a/c been effective or not advertised I would have scored the apartment higher.

Appartamento ristrutturato molto carino. Bella vista sulla Loira e sul centro citta sull'altra sponda del fiume. Caldo di giorno durante l'ondata di calore ma la notte si dorme bene grazie all'aria fresca che entra dalle numerose finestre.

Quale problema di comunicazione iniziale, poi risolto dopo alcune telefonate.

Gute Lage nah zur Innenstadt. Sehr sauber. Schön eingerichtet. Viel Platz. Schöner Blick auf die Loire und Blois. Unterstellplatz für Rad.

Bei Hitze wird die Dachgeschosswohnung leider sehr warm.

The apartment was a good size, and we appreciated that it had access to laundry. The kitchen met our needs for making breakfast and hot drinks. The location is close to the town and offers a view of the Loire.

There was a communication issue with the hosts, where we were not sent the access code to get the keys at the agreed-upon time. We tried to contact one of the hosts who had been messaging about the check-in procedures. We tried via Booking, text, calling and WhatsApp and didn't receive a reply for almost two hours. When we contacted the second host, he responded to our WhatsApp message fairly promptly and made sure we had access. We waited about 30 minutes after our check-in time which was 6 pm, and the code was supposed to be sent before 5 pm. When the first host got back to me via Booking, I responded and indicated that we were having trouble accessing the storage area for bikes, and I never received another response during our entire 2-night stay. Although it was a nice property, for those reasons, we would not book another stay here. Once you have access to the facility, the host who manages the Booking account didn't respond to messages, and if you look at previous reviews, this has happened to others as well. The apartment needs more blinds, as there are windows all over and being on the top floor, which makes the apartment very hot during the day.
