Steep stairs are difficult to carry luggage, but this is understandable. The house is very old.

We would not recommend staying here and feel the property description needs to be clearer.

The apartment was bright, well equipped with great views of Blois.

Access to the apartment was via 4 doors - 3 locked all the time. The 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment were dangerous - steep and circular. Difficult for anyone let alone us more senior citizens. No chance of getting a large suitcase up there. The on-street parking was nearby - if you could get a space and not safe. Our car's back window was smashed the night before we left.

The little flat gives all the comfort to feel like at home with all the facilities. Perfect for short and I would say even longer stay. Not far from the city- centre and beautiful view. Laure is very kind and nice. I would definitely come back here if traveling in the region

A very pleasant place to stay for a few days to visit Blois and the nearby chateaux.

Wonderful view over the Loire to the main town of Blois. Small well equipped apartment. Spotlessly clean. 10 to 15 minute walk to local supermarkets capable of meeting most requirements. Free on street parking available nearby.

Access to the apartment was via an ancient wooden spiral staircase. Not easy to negotiate - especially for anyone with mobility or balance issues. No washing machine available. Instructions on how to use some of the equipment provided were not available - e.g. coffee machine.

Good choice!

Nice house, easy to reach by car, excellent view on the Loire and the town! Parking just outside but you have to be lucky to find a near place. The host was very helpful when there was a question concerning the security remote. Otherwise everything was without contact - by phone and messages. I liked, but if you have problems with climbing - it is really on the 2nd floor and the stairs are steep. And mind your head when entering the door! :)

Maybe a little complicated for two families, as the bathroom is in the second room and the first room is also kitchen. But ok if the stay is short and the people are friendly!

GOOD WITH SOME IMPORTANT CAVEATS

Excellent location, good wifi, friendliness and helpfulness of owner. We appreciated it very much. Appropriate amenities. Parking on the side road was available, convenient and free. Good air condition system. Beautiful view and easy access to attractions and convenience local stores and restaurants. Good for a few vacation days

The entry is at he back, not only very inconvenient but could be considered dangerous because of the spaira-like-2 floors stairs with no rail for half of it, The smell on the stairs is very possible due to fungus contained inside the walls. Probably not unsanitary, but suspicious. There is no 'ambient' light in the living room so one is flooded with light (no very relaxing). For American tourists: Beware of the vitroceramic stove. I had problems with the instructions, even though I speak and write French. The owner very kindly came and helped, but the time lost and frustration were all mine! She said that she will write the instructions in English

Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentrumsnah und man ist in 15 Gehminuten in der Stadt. Die Ausstattung ist einwandfrei und modern und alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Besonders gut hat uns die Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Räder im Hof gefallen (gesondert abschließbar). Ein Basisvorrat an Kaffeepads und Geschirrspülmittel/Tabs war vorhanden. lles in allem empfehlenswert, insbesondere wenn man zu zweit anreist und etwas länger bleiben möchte.

Der Aufstieg über die engen Treppen ist herausfordernd, aber die Treppen sind dem Alter des Hauses geschuldet und sollte kein Grund sein, von einer Buchung abzusehen!

Très beau séjour !

Communication et accueil par Valérie très bonne, Valérie a été très sympa et chaleureuse. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée (boissons fraîches et petite collation) sont très agréables et très appréciées. Appart très propre et parfaitement équipé. Bien insonorisé et très calme. Literie impeccable et confortable, aussi bien pour le lit que le canapé lit. On a apprécié les rideaux occultants aux fenêtres pour la nuit et la clim très performante. Les escaliers sont effectivement anciens et raides mais nous le savions à l'avance donc cela ne nous a posé aucun problème. Situé hors du centre ville mais à 10 minutes à pied, donc aucun souci avec cela. Très belle vue sur la Loire et la ville. Pas de parking privé mais toujours de la place dans la rue à côté. Quartier calme et très sécurisant.

La télévision un peu capricieuse, beaucoup de chaînes non accessibles, mais franchement c'est un petit détail car nous ne sommes pas venus là pour passer nos journées devant la télé !!

Blick auf den Fluss, alle Utensilien in Bad und Küche vorhanden, eigener abschließbarer Abstellraum für Fahrradträger und Fahrräder.

2 Etagen über alte Holzwendeltreppe ( war aber bekannt durch Vorrezensionen), da muss man sich halt drauf einstellen.

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel, bien isolé, calme, idéal pour un week-end de découverte du coin. Pas vu les hôtes mais bonne communication.

Pas de parking dédié, accès 2eme étage un peu limite (escalier exigu en bois tordu) et confort lit moyen.

Alles gut, bis auf den Lärm der Straße.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung war hervorragend . Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr gut renoviert und das Möbiliar war neuwertig. Außerdem alles sehr sauber.

Die Lärmbelästigung von seitens der vielbefahrenen Straße war extrem hoch. Bei dieser Lage wären Fenster mit guter Dämmung besser angebracht.
