Great location

Excellent location. All the main sights were right on the doorstep or within easy walking distance. Great bars and restaurants a few steps away.

The entrance was not welcoming at all. Dark, full of cobwebs and damp. It was relatively easy to find although arriving in the dark the numbers were hard to see on the door. The apartment is badly in need of refreshment by way of repainting. Walls had black mould spots. The living/sleeping area was overcrowded with unnecessary furniture, making the room cluttered and dark. The wardrobe was falling apart and the net curtains had holes. The duvet had white stains on the cover and there was a discoloured unsightly piece of fabric hanging on the wall next to the bed. The purpose of which can only be guessed at. Presumably to avoid contact with the wall. The bed did not look inviting. The kitchen area was just about functional. The bathroom was adequate.

Amazing location. Hosts are helpful, accessible and very kind. The unit is cozy, has just about everything you need for a stay and is quiet. On a beautiful 16th century walk street. Restaurants nearby. I will return.

Only thing I could have used would be a warm wool throw for sitting on the sofa at night. For watching TV or working on computer. Gets chilly in winter unless in the bed.

Studio très bien situé, tres bien équipé, agréable séjour. Rue piétonne très jolie (parking gratuit à 15 mn à pied au bord de la Loire).

Arrivée prévue à 14h30 mais attente devant l'appartement car le ménage n'était pas terminé. Sinon rien de négatif.

Corredor até a entrada no quarto muito escuro e a porta da entrada não fechava com chave pelo lado de fora. Quando precisamos sair, o apartamento ficou aberto com minhas malas dentro. Não tinha ventilador. Como nos hospedamos no verão, passamos calor no local.

Très jolie petit appartement dans une rue piétonne (un peu pentu avec des escaliers )à proximité d’un parking, de la cathédrale et du centre ville. Maison typique du village. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire 👍

Appartamento grande e ben posizionato, ma con un problema di piccioni

La posizione era buona, dietro il quartiere medioevale arroccato intorno alla cattedrale e davanti il centro con negozi e ristoranti, le indicazioni di accesso semplici e chiare. Il parcheggio per la macchina è nelle vicinanze (non immediate, è sul lungo fiume in quanto la via adiacente è a traffico limitato) e generalmente comodo. La sala da pranzo è unita con la camera ed è comunque spaziosa con un letto morbido e comodo, cosi come il bagno abbastanza ampio e con una comoda doccia/vasca. La cucina presenta tutti gli utensili necessari ed è perfettamente utilizzabile per prepararsi i pasti, le stanze sono in generale pulite.

La pulizia interna non è un problema come detto direttamente a eccezione della cucina e dell'ingresso al condominio. Mentre quest'ultimo appare fatiscente, con ragnatele, polvere e sporcizia la seconda ha problemi con le finestre e le stoviglie. Le finestre danno infatti sul cortile interno del condominio, con una infestazione di piccioni ai limiti del rischio igienico sanitario, è infatti disseminato il cortile e il bordo oltre le finestre di escrementi e piume di piccione. Le finestre sono di fatto forzate a stare chiuse per prevenire l'ingresso di piccioni, escrementi o odori direttamente nella cucina; nell'ingresso del condominio tuttavia (che sembra abbandonato per gli altri appartamenti) la finestra risulta aperta portando a un quantitativo di piume, odori (di muffa ed escrementi) non indifferente. Infine le stoviglie non appaino pulite alla perfezione, in alcuni casi macchiate in altri con aloni di sporco, con i fornelli che non risultano estremamente potenti. Non stiamo parlando di nulla di pesante, in quanto l'appartamento risulta comunque utilizzabile e la situazione non dipenda dal proprietario, che sembra che per la pulizia generale sia attento, però considerando come l'unica altra finestra della casa risulti apparentemente bloccata, la difficoltà di cambiare l'aria con una colonia di piccioni esterna non fa consigliare il posto per soggiorni lunghi.

L esprit de la Renaissance, le confort en plus !

Situé dans une rue tranquille du vieux Blois, dans une maison à colombages, on se sentirait presque au 16 e siècle ! Le confort et les équipements sont tout à fait modernes, par contre - tout est parfait, belle salle de bains, espaces de vie spacieux. Propreté impeccable et très bonne communication avec Alexandre, le propriétaire. Un bel endroit que j ai déjà recommandé à des amis !

L'alloggio vanta una posizione invidiabile, ai piedi del centro storico di Blois e a pochi passi dalla maestosa Cattedrale. La sua natura pedonale offre un'esperienza autentica, e la vicinanza a parcheggi gratuiti rende l'arrivo e la partenza estremamente comodi. L'androne accoglie con una bellissima scala a chiocciola storica, un elemento che aggiunge un tocco di eleganza e carattere all'intera struttura. L'appartamento è ben organizzato, con una cucina pratica, un bagno ottimizzato e un'ampia stanza che funge sia da soggiorno che da camera da letto. L'arredamento impeccabile e di ottimo gusto testimonia una grande attenzione ai dettagli, creando un ambiente accogliente e piacevole.

- L'androne del palazzo necessita di maggiore cura. L'odore di cantina e l'illuminazione scarsa possono compromettere la prima impressione, non all'altezza della bellezza dell'appartamento. - Il bagno e la stanza WC richiederebbero interventi di manutenzione, piccoli dettagli che potrebbero migliorare significativamente il comfort generale. - La presenza di piccioni all'esterno ha creato disagio, un elemento da considerare per garantire un soggiorno più sereno.

Emplacement au top, très spacieux, bien équipé, propre.

Télécommande de la box free ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai dû installer une appli sur mon téléphone, et la tv faisait que de sacader.sûrement dû à une mauvaise réception wifi . Le 2 ème lit n'était pas fait, heureusement hôte très réactif, il nous a donné le code des malles de linge fermé avec un cadenas. Malheureusement, le linge avait été ramassé humide Mais ça nous à pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour.
