Super clean and easy to find from instructions. Great location for what I needed. I wanted a bed for the night and the hats exactly what I got.

Very convenient to our Church Conference in Takapuna and appreciated not being locked out at night. Breakfast and coffee etc provided was awesome. The fact there were bigger cooking facilities available if we needed was wonderful. The kitchenette in the laundry area was wonderful for making brekky and cuppas. Having Washer and Dryer and clothes lines was appreciated. Loved the 1 carpark per room. Loved you could open the doors to outside area.
My Mother has dementia so wasn't the best fit for her because her behavior unpredictable and she can be very loud. Mum fell outside on the uneven car park area near garage so something to watch out for in future.

The beds were sooo comfortable, the apartment was very clean and the garden very cute and a calm place to relax.
We were able to park our car right in front of the house but there are also plenty of parking lots along the road. The location is quite close to Milford beach, perfect for a morning run there and back.
We were welcomed by the super friendly family who also invited us to do marshmallows in the garden.
We were allowed to use the laundry machine and dryer as well as the kitchen.
Some fruit, cornflakes, toast, jam and garlic butter served as a small breakfast and were included in the price.

ホームステイのようなアットホームな雰囲気のステイで楽しかったです‼︎ 朝食も充実していてチェックアウトが11時だったのでも余裕を持って朝の準備をできました‼︎
優しいオーナーの方が丁寧な説明をしてくださり、快適に過ごすことができました‼︎
特にガーデンがとても綺麗で朝のコーヒーが最高でした‼︎
駐車場の入り口を見つけるのが少し難しかったです
