We loved this house. It was perfect for our needs. Great location. Great accommodations. Just know there are almost no essentials. Salt, pepper, spices, toilet paper, paper towels. Plenty of towels, bedding dishes.

Really great place to stay. Perfect location for our needs. The floor is grey laminate. When our six year old grandchild went without shoes or barefoot the soles of her feet turned completely black. So the floor needs a good cleaning.

Had a great time on the island. Only complaint would be the back porch lights not working. Other then that it was great and very spacious

Great views and walking distance to both the bay and gulf. The property has a lot of what looks like damage from pets. It has cute decor, but the kitchen and bathrooms are dated. Cabinets felt sticky, knobs missing. There was hair on the toilet seat in master bath and in bed. Walls are a little gross. It just felt a little overall gross. I think with a few repairs and a deep clean it would be an amazing spot.
