Steps to the beach! Gulf front! Water Views From All Sides!

The house was in an excellent location relative to the beach, food and drinks! Also, it was very close to the rentals my siblings were in. Could hardly ask for better. The place was just the right size for our family. It was tastefully decorated, and had all we needed. The host replied within minutes every time!

My husband, and 2 dogs just got back a week ago today, and we loved this house! Kitchen was well stocked, however, we ate at Skinner's most nights! Loved the ample space in the house, and we did not feel like we were too close to any neighbors. It was an easy walk to a public beach access, which worked great for us and the dogs. Loved the pre-filled Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash containers in BOTH bathrooms, and cotton balls, Q-tips...not many places do this for their guests. Plenty of towels, beach towels, and cozy blankets for chilly nights. Hope to come back here next year!

Very nice house, according for 5 adults and 2 children. We did stay during one of the coldest weekends. The house did not heat very well. The back 2 bedrooms stayed very very cold, so I’m not sure how well insulated the house is and how cool it would keep during the summer. The shower head in the hallway bathroom was also broken when we arrived. I may be mistaken but I thought it said it was on the bay, but it is in the middle and does not have direct access to the bay or gulf. It is a nice house and was good for what we needed.
