Escape to this spacious, dream house located on the beach of the Mississippi Sound. Prepare anything from quick beach snacks to full-course dinners in the open, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Watch your favorite shows or movies together on the flatscreen TV or play board games in the comfortable living area. Step outside and enjoy the two views of the Mississippi Sound and the Gulf of Mexico all from your private, furnished balcony. Take a swim along the 80 ft private beach on the Bay, ideal for families. The tide pond in the back yard is a perfect little fishing spot, or just a fun place for kids to explore the local sea life.
What's nearby: Take a walk across the street to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The house is located less than six miles from the Dauphin Island Sea Lab and historic Fort Gaines. The island also features a golf course and a bird sanctuary. For the adventurous, there are plenty of options to rent personal watercraft or charter a local fishing trip. The island also features boutique shopping and when you’re feeling hungry, there are plenty of local restaurants! It’s a short ferry ride to Gulf Shores too.

Amazing location! two views indeed! Loved the direct, private bay access and short walk across the street to gulf access. House was adequately furnished yet “tired”. Needs cosmetic and a few functional upgrades. Would stay here again.

Absolutely what we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to bake / cook from scratch. The short walk to the beach was magnificent and made it so easy to watch the children / lay the baby down for naps. The weather was windy, and cold some mornings, but we had beautiful sunshine to warm us up. The layout of the home was perfect. Room for all. The children loved playing on the wrap around porch. The sunrise was beautiful every morning, and looking out at the oil rigs at night all lit up was really something special. God bless and thank you for having us.
