About this house rental
This gulf front beach house will give you the personal beach vacation that you are daydreaming about! The home has ample room and an open floor plan that is perfect for shared memories. You get an unobstructed view of the gulf, and the large rear deck will have you looking at the stars with the waves crashing below you. The kitchen is well equipped and gives you what you need for your family vacation.
This unit has a shared walkway, grilling area, outside shower and steps. Each unit has its own charcoal grill. No need to worry about privacy, there is a privacy panel in place, between the 2 gulf front decks. This unit has 2 parking spots for 2 cars If you have a large group, renting both Beach Music and Rainbows End is a great option. Both units have the same layout and similar furnishings.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note that the shoreline of Dauphin Island Beaches regularly shifts inward and outward. Properties at the shoreline will experience wave action. Guests will be able to hear the waves and feel the house move. This is normal and should be expected for any home on pilings.
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-dog maximum limit, $100 pet fee per dog applies.

Great house and location. House could use a little love but understandable when it’s in the water. A little cluttering and some better deck furniture would be good too

We love being “in” the ocean with unobstructed views! Hearing the waves crash and looking at God’s amazing creation is so peaceful and relaxing!!! We saw dolphins every day!

I’d call this a 2-Star Hotel—all the basic necessities and no extras. It was basically clean, but pretty run down (windows don’t open, small TVs, door handle fell off, beds not comfortable, drawers full of junk). It was cutely decorated.
It’s unique in that it’s on pillars IN the gulf water. But that creates a smallish beach to play on. There are a lot of houses right there, but nothing blocks your view of the water. The sunsets are partially blocked by the other duplex, but the sunrises wouldn’t have been if I’d ever gotten up to see them.
I’d never been to Dauphin Island so I didn’t know what to expect. The sand is nice enough, but not the sugar white sand that you find in Pensacola. The island has a lot of houses, but not a ton of shops. We rented a golf cart which was really fun. The island is small enough that you can explore the whole thing in an hour on a golf cart. The fort was interesting. There are at least 10 oil rigs out in the gulf that mar the view (in my opinion).
It was certainly adequate and our family had a good time, but we’d probably try a different place next time.
