Bay Front Home with - Gulf Views, WiFi, & Washer/Dryer - Two Dogs Welcome

On arrival we were greeted by text from Jen and was so friendly. She told us everything we needed to know. The property was very clean and more than expected being a bay front home I was expecting sand when walking barefoot in home (as I have before at other properties) noticing no sand or dirty feet. The bed was super comfortable. We only used the main floor bedroom and bathroom as we were only a couple so no feedback of upstairs other than how clean and welcoming it looked. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed. I liked they had a brewing coffee pot and a Keurig that was very considerate. The air units up and down worked great. The windows in the home were very clean to be waterfront I was very pleased. The one thing I would recommend not a complaint is having more sitting chairs on each deck up and down front and back and more than anything having a few loungers. I was disappointed I had no way to “layout” on the decks. The chairs upstairs were only 2 plastic rockers on waterside only nothing on gulf side upstairs and main deck only had 2 Adirondack chairs which are hard to get out of for some. But that is just a preference not a necessity. We would recommend this property.

Great house and great location close to the sound and beach. Was given the incorrect wifi password and network and contact stopped responding. I had to use hotspot to get the TV to work. Also, the propane ran out so had to purchase a refill (30). Other than those 2 things, had a great time!

The check-in was smooth, and was even offered early check-in. WiFi access was terrible, and apparently has been an issue over time according to previous reviews. But…having our teen and young adult kids unplug for the weekend was a plus. The outside could use a a fresh coat of paint, but the inside was niiiice! The fridge should be updated as well. Plenty of supplies, gorgeous views, wrap around balcony’s, I’d definitely stay again. We fished on the beach in calm waters (3ft from the beach to about 300 yards out) behind the house. Then went out the front door, across the street to swim in the gulf.
