Unit 005 – Sink or Swim | Under New Ownership
Welcome to Sink or Swim, a beautifully refreshed waterfront home on the Mississippi Sound, now under new ownership and thoughtfully updated to enhance your stay. Nestled on the west end of Dauphin Island, this spacious home offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and incredible water views, making it an ideal getaway for families and groups alike.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, the home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with a layout that provides both privacy and inviting gathering spaces. The primary suite is located on the main floor and offers a king-size bed, a private ensuite bath, and peaceful views of the Sound. Upstairs, the loft suite creates a unique escape, complete with two queen beds, its own seating area, and a private full bath, all tucked away at the top of a charming spiral staircase.
Two additional guest bedrooms each feature a queen bed and are conveniently located near a shared full bathroom, making this home well-suited for multiple families or groups traveling together.
The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and designed for connection, with vaulted ceilings, soft coastal finishes, and beautiful views of the water. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and flows easily into the dining and living spaces, creating the perfect setting for meals, conversation, and relaxation after a day at the beach.
Step outside and experience one of this home’s most special features — a private stretch of white sand beach on the Mississippi Sound located directly behind the home.
