Very quiet street with sandy beaches front and back of house. Gulf of Mexico is across the street and the Bay is a few hundred feet behind you. Great sunsets. Unique house that offers the best of both worlds. Beach or Bay - you decide. Roughly two hundred feet to the Gulf of Mexico or two hundred feet to Mississippi Sound. Water is in front and back of house!!

The property is just as listed and everything we needed it to be. Like some other reviews I will say bring bug spray the mosquitoes can be annoying. I was disappointed there was no dock for the grandson to fish off of, but that was my error for not asking. It would be nice if the path to the bay side was wider. Also the beach is just a short walk across the road. A wagon can help with the trek. My family and I did really enjoy the island. Definitely come to relax if that’s your goal.

We LOVED our stay at the house. We came with our four young adult sons and our pups. The house was perfect for our family of five. All my boys had their own rooms. We had internet issues when we first arrived and John responded promptly and issues was resolved. Great location to beach and the bay. We will BE BACK!!!

We loved this place! Just sitting on the covered porch watching the birds was so relaxing. The island is beautiful! Would recommend.
