051 Topsail - POOL added March 2024 - Dauphin Island's new sweet spot with above ground pool/deck coming soon!!! Fantastic location on the 2300 block of Bienville's West end, this house puts you canal-front with an ahhmazing gulf view. So many extras, let's jump right in! How about three seating areas on the front porch including a porch bedswing, all in earshot of the crashing waves? Interior decor was inspired to draw feelings of serenity and relaxation as soon as you step foot inside. Master has a King bed, walk-in closet, and tons of bathroom counterspace, behind a custom barn door. 2nd (Queen) and 3rd bedroom (Full + twin/twin bunk) are connected by a full bath with a walk in shower with attached bar including wand. Fully stocked kitchen, 6 top dining table (+4 barstools @breakfast bar), and flat screen tv with satellite are all a part of the light and beachy open common area. Your surprise element provided in the downstairs finished room-a full game room complete with an authentic MZ. PACMAN arcade game, foosball table, flatscreen tv with satellite, full size game table/ games and twin size bed! House also comes with fishing rods, kayaks, SUP, and floating mat!
No parties or events allowed at this location. Occupancy must be observed at all times. Primary renter must be over age 25 and must be present during the entire stay.
