Elegant, recently renovated apartment in a central location, with high ceilings with wooden beams and skylights in all rooms.
City Centre Cagliari is located on a quiet street in the heart of Cagliari's historic centre in the Marina district, home to the city's best restaurants, monuments and nightlife.
It is 800 metres from Cagliari station and a two-minute walk from the marina and the seafront, which can be seen from the balcony.
The space
🗽 Elegant private flat in the historic centre of Cagliari, in the Marina district, famous for its restaurants and bars where you can savour the thousand flavours of traditional Sardinian cuisine.
The flat, equipped with every comfort and service, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to its 65 square metres of space.
The rooms.
A white marble staircase leads directly to the living room where, as throughout the flat, exposed wooden beams give the room warmth and elegance.
The living room features a modern kitchen with clean lines, equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, coffee/tea machine, cutlery and crockery.
The living room also has a sofa bed with a “real” mattress, which is comfortable and easy to use.
There is also a 55" Smart TV. The device is equipped with all the main streaming apps already installed (Netflix, DAZN, Prime, Disney+, etc.).
Note: you can use your personal accounts to access content in complete security.
Finally, to cope with the hot Sardinian days, the room is equipped with air conditioning.

Adjacent to the living area is a large kitchen area, equipped with every accessory and appliance.
