In an elegant condominium, recently completely restored, located in the very central and well known Marina district of Cagliari, full of restaurants and bars, 50 meters from Via Roma, 250 from the Bastion of Saint Remy. 200 meters from the railway station, the city air terminal and the public car park of the state railways.
The entire house is at the exclusive disposal of guests.
There are two electrical current panels. The general is behind the large black and white photograph on the ground floor at the entrance of the building. The electrical panel of the apartment is located right next to the entrance door of the house, and inside it. Water heaters are always active. Refrigerators are always active. The house is equipped with Alexa Amazono which provides music, news and information of all kinds on Cagliari and Sardinia on request. On restaurants, museums, clubs, etc. Alexa speaks Italian and English. To activate it you need to pronounce the word ALEXA. For example: "ALEXA ... INDICATE THE BEST RESTAURANTS IN CAGLIARI". All the accessories and services of the house, as well as the reserve lamps, are visible to make them easier to find. Only the first aid kit and the iron with the ironing cloth are in the closet under the TV. Waste baskets are out on the balcony. As well as on the balcony you will find broom, bucket and floor cloth. The house is equipped with every comfort. For special needs, you can contact the host.
