The place is extremely convenient because very well located and very well equipped. The terrasse is also quite nice to enjoy the evenings. Manuela and Luca are charming hosts, and reply super quickly to any questions we had.
Beds were not the most confortable

Manuela sait être réactive au moindre souci. II y a tout le confort pour passer quelques jours en famille.
Un peu trop de règles à mon goût. Le compteur électrique qui sautait souvent. Je n’aime pas ça pendant mes vacances. Trop peur des risques d’incendies. L’accueil peut être amélioré.

Location was great close to everything you need on holidays, restaurants, mini market, deli, fruit and veggies and attractions. The accommodation was fantastic everything you need to be comfortable. The host is lovely and contactable when needed. The balcony is gorgeous lovely for breakfast and a drink. The marina area is vibrant and alive but we weren’t disturbed by noise. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.
The stairs with luggage but it’s Italy and you just have to suck it up. Not really a downer. 🤣
