Très bon emplacement dans le centre, accueil parfait par Roberta, appartement spacieux, bien équipé. Trois chambres, une cuisine, pas de salon, mais on ne restait pas dans l'appartement.
Le quartier peut être bruyant en pleine nuit, quand des éclats violents entre personnes dans la rue ont lieu. Il faudrait fournir un torchon et un essuie main pour la cuisine.

The apartment looks much better than in the pictures provided. Everything worked pretty good. Location perfec. Maybe a little bit noisy from outside, but that's part of Italian life, with people socializing and speaking loudly.
For sure, if we will have the possibility, we will stay there again.
Roberta was very nice, helping us!
Not for people with low mobility, as has lots of stairs, but good for exercising for everybody else.
We wish to stay more.

L'appartamento è ampio, le tre stanze da letto sono provviste di condizionatori, noi eravamo in 3 ma l'appartamento è dotato di 6 posti letto.
La posizione è davvero perfetta, in pieno centro a pochi minuti da tantissimi locali, dalla stazione ferroviaria e non molto lontano anche dal porto di Cagliari.
Roberta è stata super gentile dal primo all'ultimo giorno.
Unico piccolo neo di questo appartamento, specialmente se l'ospite è anziano o magari si hanno dei bambini piccoli, è che si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo non provvisto di ascensore e non proprio moderno. Di conseguenza bisogna salire molti scalini. Per il resto tutto ok.
