We had a problem with the pillows, which were stained and smelly. as soon as i contacted the host she replaced them.

Il y avait beaucoup d’espace, très bien agencé et lumineux. L’hôte était très réactive quant à nos demandes et serviable.
L’emplacement est vraiment parfait proche de tout de la gare, du parc à bus qui permettent de faire la liaison dans tout Cagliari.
Le seul point négatif même si sans est pas vraiment un, c’est que le logement que l’on avait réservé n’est pas celui qu’on a eu finalement. Nous avons eu l’autre appartement et de base nous avions craquer pour celui présenter dans l’annonce.

We really enjoyed our vacation by choosing this place. The big plus is the proximity to the railway station and near to the city center. Opposite the chic restaurant Sardinian cuisine, which was recommended to us by the owner in they guide. This large, clean room features a comfortable small coffee area (kitchen) and a stylish and modern bathroom.
Owners are very friendly and they have done a great job for your comfort when you stay there.
Without doubt, it was one of the best place with great owners.
The last day of our stay, wi-fi didn’t work. I think it’s may be because of the bad weather(storm)

Good location.
The facilities mentioned on booking were not available during our stay. The AC in the room never worked, the one in the living room stopped working after one day. We told the host about that and NEVER fixed the problem even though she said she would. It was 35 degrees the whole time we stayed and the AC not working really had an impact on our stay. She took over 10h to answer our messages. The room was not really cleaned properly it looked clean at first but when you looked closely you could see it was just done quick but not well. The kitchen wear was dirty, we had to clean everything before eating. The sponge was not changed between us and the previous guests, we had to buy a new one, the utensils provided were not usable (dirty). There was no hairdryer as well (mentioned that they had one when a booked) and the host took 4 days to provide one. Among with all that, in Sardinia there’s strict rules regarding trash, this is not a problem, however the host didn’t provide enough trash bags to sort everything out. Especially if they warn you about a 100€ fee if you don’t sort out the trash but not providing enough trash bags to sort everything the way it’s supposed to be.
This is not the cheapest you can find and for that price i don’t think it’s acceptable to have a poor service quality like that.
