The location is really good, easy to get to the train station or local restaurants. The size of apartment is good for a family of four.

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues that future guests should be aware of. The main problem was the hot water. We were not given any instructions at check-in on how to turn the hot water on or off, so we ended up having cold showers. When we contacted the host afterwards, we were told that the water tank needed time to heat up. However, even after waiting another two hours, the water was still cold, and it was still cold the following morning. After we checked out, the host told us that he had waited around two hours and the water was hot when he tested it. So I’m not sure whether there was a misunderstanding about how the system should be operated, or whether the hot water system was working intermittently. Either way, clearer instructions at check-in would definitely have helped avoid the situation. Also, don’t assume that bottled drinking water will be provided. When we arrived, the host opened the fridge himself and also realised that there was no water inside. There is no WiFi in the bedroom. These are relatively simple things that could be improved, especially by providing guests with clear instructions on how the hot water system works before or at check-in.
