The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Cagliari. A grocery store is just 20 meters away and is open until 11 PM, which was very convenient. The best restaurants, including excellent focaccia and Neapolitan pizza places, are all within a few minutes’ walk. The main square is just around the corner and has a great atmosphere every evening, with lively bars, cafés, and restaurants open until around 1 AM, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The train and bus station is only about a 5–10 minute walk away, making it very easy to explore the city and nearby beaches. There are also several pharmacies and all the essential services within walking distance, so everything you might need is just around the corner. The apartment itself is spacious and well air-conditioned. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

On the other hand, there are a few things that could be improved. The apartment feels unfinished in some areas. For example, the ceiling lights in the living room and bedrooms have no covers, which makes the apartment look incomplete and gives a poor first impression. For a one-week stay with three guests, only one roll of toilet paper was provided, which we found insufficient. It wasn’t a major issue because we bought more ourselves, but we expected more to be available. The Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable throughout our stay. In addition, the wardrobes contained empty TV boxes and other stored items that should not be left in a guest apartment. They take up valuable storage space and make the apartment look untidy. The bathroom was also missing a simple towel rack or hooks for hanging towels, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend this apartment, mainly because of its excellent location. We believe that fixing these small issues would make the experience even better for future guests.

Buona posizione, centralissima

All'arrivo,dopo una giornata in viaggio abbiamo trovato lo scaldabagno spento per cui acqua gelida. Ho scritto al gestore he non ha mai risposto. Lo scaldabagno perde acqua per cui ogni giorno bisogna svuotare una vaschetta messa sotto il tubo dello scaldabagno. La tavola del water è rotta, prese elettriche rotte... la lavatrice c'è ma non esiste uno stendino. Quando siamo arrivati il bagno era sporco...
