I can’t say enough good things about our stay — and about our incredible host, Massimo. Within minutes of booking, he reached out with a warm, welcoming message and met us at the door upon arrival. He even showed us where to park and gave us a quick tour of the apartment. To our delight, he had prepared a thoughtful welcome gift with wine, beer, and a charcuterie platter — such a wonderful touch!
The apartment itself was perfect: modern, spotless, and exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was the only place during our seven-week trip in Sardinia that included both a washer and dryer — a huge plus for longer stays. The location couldn’t have been better, just one block off the main street, close to everything yet quiet and comfortable.
With two large-screen TVs, great amenities, and such genuine hospitality, this stay exceeded all expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

El apartamento es nuevo, moderno, y muy practico. Ideal para una persona sola o una pareja. No es muy grande pero tiene todo lo necesario. La terraza le da un plus. Massimo es un anfitrion espectacular que esta pendiente en todo momento. Me sorprendio al llegar con una cena fria, Bebidas incluidas :-)
Lo que no me gusto es el olor que viene del baño a cañeria. Al final huele mal en casi todo el apartamento. Tambien tengo que mencionar mencionar que estuve sin Wifi dos de los tres dias que pase en el apartamento, aunque fue una averia general del proveedor y Massimo hizo todo lo posible por solucionarlo. Quizas deberia cambiar de proveedor porque no es aceptable que tarden mas de 2 dias en solucionar una averia.

Jättefin modern lägenhet i perfekt läge med en jättefin balkong som låg i morgonsolen för frukost. Läget på en lugn parallellgata till stora huvudgatan är perfekt och nära till restauranger, barer. Ligger även nära till strand bussen och tågstationen, tog 5 minuter att gå. När vi kom sent på kvällen hämtade värden Massimo upp oss på flygplatsen utan kostnad, och när vi kom fram till lägenheten fanns det en välkomst tallrik med sardinska ostar, korv, öl, vin, drickor, vatten, kaffe och te. Då vårat flyg gick hem sent på dagen fick vi stanna i lägenheten så länge vi behövde utan kostnad. Det blev en väldigt lyckad weekend, över våra förväntningar, där värden Massimo var helt underbar och gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas. Tack Massimo

Our attentive host provided a wonderful and detailed introduction to our apartment and included an antipasto tray, wine and beer as part of his welcome. The apartment could not have been better located, close enough to all the cafes and restaurants and sights of Cagliari but was always a quiet haven at the end of our travels. We loved the layout and the style of the place. Massimo was thoughtful throughout and helped to make this a memorable holiday.
