The apartment was centrally located in the city and offered easy access to the beautiful town. Port is a 10 minute walk and hundreds of places for food or Aperitivo near by. Massimo was a very gracious host and accommodated our early check in request at 9 am where he was waiting with local pastries to welcome us to Cagliari. He went above and beyond to make our stay truly special.

Everything! Our stay here was so fantastic we wanted to stay longer. Massimo is such a fantastic host. He was waiting for us when we got there and it was so great to be able to park on the property. We were greeted with local pastries and he has the fridge stocked with drinks for us. The place is so clean and has a very luxurious feel to it. The amenities are amazing with a washer and dryer and he even had an umbrella for us to use at the beach! The location is also perfect as we could walk everywhere in town. If we ever come back to Cagliari we will stay here for sure :)

Beautiful, modern apartment with everything you need. Great location in the city center. The host was so welcoming and left us a welcome platter of sweets and fruits. And he’s very responsive in case of anything. I highly recommend this place in Cagliari!

Very good location, calm and stylish interior, a nice balcony to sit and have a drink, 2 mins to the main streets with loads of cafes and restaurants. Meanwhile, calm, good air conditioning, clean.
Really appreceated the parking just downstairs (rare in Cagliari, and we didn't want to leave our car on the street).
