Everything! Massimo was a super host. Every detail was thought of and he answered all of our questions. Also he gave his availability to suggest places in Cagliari. The apartment was finished to the highest standards. With every facility we could need during our stay. Massimo also kindly left us a lovely tasting platter!!!

If you’re going to stay anywhere in Cagliari, this is the place to stay! We honestly cannot recommend it enough. From the very beginning, our host was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. She shared so many amazing recommendations and places for us to visit during our stay, which made us even more excited to explore Cagliari and the surrounding area. The apartment itself is brand new, beautifully designed, extremely clean, cozy, and very well equipped. It truly has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is also fantastic. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you are right in the heart of everything, with shopping, restaurants, and the city center all incredibly close by. Another huge advantage for us was the parking. If you have a car and want to spend your days exploring Sardinia’s beautiful beaches, it couldn’t be more convenient. We could easily head out for a beach day, come back, park without any stress, get ready, and then walk into beautiful Cagliari for dinner in the evening. It was absolutely perfect for our trip. The hospitality was also such a lovely touch. Our host welcomed us with a beautiful cheese board, wine, and water, which made us feel at home immediately. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment has a beautiful balcony where you can relax and enjoy some quiet time. There is also a washing machine and everything else you could need for a longer or shorter stay. We were honestly so sad to leave! We had such a wonderful experience here and would 100% stay again when we return to Cagliari. Beautiful apartment, fantastic location, wonderful host, great parking, and everything you could possibly need. If you’re visiting Cagliari, look no further. This is the place to stay! We will definitely be back. ❤️

The apartment was centrally located in the city and offered easy access to the beautiful town. Port is a 10 minute walk and hundreds of places for food or Aperitivo near by. Massimo was a very gracious host and accommodated our early check in request at 9 am where he was waiting with local pastries to welcome us to Cagliari. He went above and beyond to make our stay truly special.
