Stampace Apartments

La ubicación muy céntrica.

Tiene un olor muy mal en el W.C , tenía que cerrar la puerta porque el olor se expandía por el apartamento, y hemos encontrado 3 cucarachas en el apartamento y la chica nos ha dicho que eran normal.

We really enjoyed the very hand central location, that was very handy for restaurants, food shops and travel hubs. The stairs up to the penthouse can be a bit daunting to begin with but you soon get used to them. The roof terrace was very nice and we used both in the day and the evenings. We were a bit disappointed to begin with, as it had not been cleaned, but after an hour of sweeping leaves and hosing it down, it was back to tip top condition and we made full use of it. The penthouse itself was spotlessly clean and everything you need is there. The kitchen is fully equipped and very usable. The only thing missing, that might be useful to some, is a microwave, although we managed without one and were fine. The bath was a nice touch and great to relax in after a long day. I would recommend here for a short or, as we did, a long stay and there's loads to explore in the area or get the train, bus or metro, to explore a bit further.

The toilet seat was a bit wobbly, I tried to fix it but failed. The roof terrace table and chairs could do with a bit of attention, as the slats are uneven and drinks could easily be spilt.

Zona comoda sia per gli spostamenti sia per servizi come ristoranti supermercati farmacie, tutto a portata di mano! Soddisfatta di alcune cortesie della titolare e collaboratrice e per la disponibilità offerta e per aver trovato delle accortezze come prodotti per pulizie, delle cialdine del caffè..

Struttura con vicini molto rumorosi, giudizio separato dalla valutazione della struttura, siamo stati sfortunati.. Purtroppo la camera non aveva illuminazione solare, cmq cosa superabile.

The property was nicely located close to bus/train station, the main restaurant/cafe street and the old town.

The owner has different rooms and we stayed at "India". The property is in a rather old building with a lot of very steep stairs. For us it was not such a big deal but I cannot imagine an older person with luggage being able to reach the room... The room itself was renovated but there were some visible cracks on the wall and some minor details that seemed unfinished. There was no view at all and the pillows were terrible (out of 4 only 1 was new, the others overused). The most unfortunate thing is that we stayed in an amazing place a few days before that for the same price...
