The apartment is beautiful! Spacious, clean, historic. We stayed on the top floor and had an incredible view of Cagliari. The bathroom was clean, room clean, kitchen stacked with the basics. (No spices/oil but plates yes)
The apartment is located in the historic district, so be aware when driving & parking (restricted hours).
It’s easy to walk all over Cagliari from the apt.

I had a long stay. The first two weeks, I worked from there. The internet never fails; it's super fast and reliable. I stayed in the Dama room, which was spacious and had a dining table that I could use as a desk. The kitchen/dining area was also separated from the room with a door, which was very convenient in case my partner wanted to sleep in.
Also, it had 2 air conditioners that worked perfectly keeping the rooms cool.
I traveled with my cat and that was never a problem.
The staff was wonderful always attentive to our needs, and clean towels and bed sheets were offered every other day (as I did not want room cleaning due to my nervous cat 😂).
Location is great, and many restaurants are close by. And public transport is also super accessible.
It was a great stay, will recommend this place anytime.

Great location!
The bathroom is tiny and should be mentioned in the web. We had the same towels for 5 days. No internet in the room unless you moved at the end of the room were bed is located. We couldn’t use the cooker as the main switch was going off. Very noise as the guest of the floor below (they have rented the whole floor) had a party until 5am.. also guest should be advised that the whole building is an “Airbnb” and specification of each room should be given so you know what to expect!
