* Spacious layout – the apartment offers plenty of living space. * Atmospheric location – situated on a charming street, very close to the city center. * Interesting interior design – a tasteful blend of traditional elements and modern style. * Convenient access – close to Via Roma, which allows you to arrive or park nearby without entering the ZTL (restricted traffic zone). * Spacious bathroom – well-sized and comfortable. * Air conditioning – available in both the bedroom and the kitchen. * Amenities – capsule coffee machine provided.

* Missing amenities – no electric kettle in the kitchen. * Water temperature issue – the hot tap water is extremely hot, posing a risk of scalding and making it difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. * Second bedroom limitations – it lacks an external window (only a small one opening to the staircase) and does not have its own air conditioning, relying only on airflow from the kitchen (if the door remains open). * Poor sound insulation (windows) – the bedroom windows are old and do not insulate well against street noise, which persists late into the night (past midnight) and starts early in the morning (around 7–8 AM). * Poor sound insulation (ceiling) – the wooden ceiling offers little acoustic privacy; on Friday morning after 7 AM, footsteps and conversations from the neighbors upstairs were clearly audible.

The area is perfect and the bed very comfortable. Staff were very nice.

Not even a toilet roll on arrival. No living room to sit in.

Стильний інтерʼєр, вінтаж, мистецтво. Все зроблене з любовʼю до людей, повагою до планети. Ми були з маленькою дитиною і її кімната була мінімалістична, маленька та розташована як раз в центральній частині будівлі, тож для неї шуму майже не було. Для дитини було достатньо простору, безпечно і дуже комфортно.

Враховуйте, що немає пральної машини.

E poziționată în centrul istoric, datorită poziției ajungi foarte repede pe jos la obiectivele turistice importante. A fost fast check în. Proprietarul a fost receptiv și a răspuns la nevoile noastre.

Proprietatea nu are parcare( fiind in centrul vechi) și trebuie parcata mașina un pic mai departe și nu este televizor.
