Perfectly located! The apartment is just as described and shown on the photos. It's in a pedestrian area but we could park close by to unload the luggage. The stairs to the 3rd floor are steep and narrow, but well maintained and clean. The bed is a mattress on a platform on the upper level. The balcony is large and pleasant for al fresco dining, though there is no shade from the sun and pigeons, and it would have been nice to have some cushions for the chairs. The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished.
The kitchen could be improved - better lighting, a working extractor, nicer utensils, a new corkscrew, and the plates were in a cupboard too high for me to reach without standing on a chair. Not a problem for people who don't want to cook - there are so many nice restaurants close by!
