La ubicacion y confort.
El entorno del centro no es bueno, no hay buen ambiente por la noche pero el centro de Cagliari en general es asi

Emplacement central, la propreté des lieux, un appartement spacieux, la terrasse commune qui est superbe, le fait qu’il y ait une machine à laver
Il aurait pu avoir quelques équipements supplémentaires (balai, fer à repasser, un peu plus de vaisselle par exemple)

La posizione
Finestre che davano su un muro, cestino bagno rotto, sportello cucina da sistemare. Colazione confezionata disponibile, vista la presenza di fette biscottate avrei aggiunto due piccole confezioni di marmellata monouso. La struttura è pulita con tutti i comfort, se non ci fossero state queste piccole disattenzioni (a parte il problema irrisolvibile delle finestre) avrei dato un punteggio più alto.

We didn’t meet the host. We spoke to him when discovering the washing machine did not work. He was very impatient about this when we asked why we hadn’t been informed prior that the washing machine was not able to be used. He said he would do our washing, however people who book a property because they want a washing machine do not want other people, unbeknown to them, washing their clothes.
Later we found a printed note in the drawer above the machine that said the machine was not working. Seems this normally would be stuck on the machine. We then saw a review back in August that said the machine was not working.
The thing is that it is not correct business practice to list that an item is in the room when it does not work, and has not worked for some time. Get things fixed and do not have a bad attitude when guests express their inconvenience. We booked wanting a washing machine.
The room (number 2) is dark and grim, and the windows look into a narrow shaft between 2 close buildings. Patio is listed but it is on the roof top away from the room up several flights of stairs.
The noise from the room above was significant every time they moved their chairs, which was very often! Felt pads on chair legs are needed.
The ‘breakfast’ provided is sweet cakes, biscuits and jams. Not appropriate. We went and bought our own breakfast supplies and did the use the milk and yogurt from the room fridge.
The room was clean and the bed good.
