Mitten in der Altstadt. Schnell an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Auf und Ab, darum gewisse Fitness erforderlich) und ein Restaurant am anderen. Nahe an Hafen und Bahnhof. App. in Altbau mit hohen Decken, schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Küche modern, absolut top. Wir haben sie kaum benutzt, wer aber kochen möchte (zum Bsp. Familie mit Kindern oder junge Leute mit schmalem Geldbeutel), findet hier sein Metier. Dusche/WC grosszügig und schön gekachelt, mit Regendusche.

Kein Balkon, keine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit ausserhalb des App., obwohl im kleinen Hinterhof eine Möglichkeit dafür bestünde. Wie in vielen Häusern in südlichen Ländern und bes. in Altstädten sind unangenehme Gerüche wegen der whs nicht tief genug liegenden Kanalisation unvermeidbar. Geruch verbessert sich durch die vielen aufgestellten Duftkerzen.

Tiszta, nagyon kényelmes, tágas apartman! Csodaszép kialakítás! Az autóbusz állomás és a vonatállomás 5 perc sétára, központban volt! A szállásadó hölgy mindenben segített, nagyon aranyos és kedves volt velünk!!!! Imádtuk azt a 6 napot amit itt töltöttünk!!❤️❤️❤️ Appartamento pulitissimo, molto comodo e spazioso! Arredamento bellissimo! La stazione degli autobus e dei treni si trovano a soli 5 minuti a piedi, proprio nel centro! La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e davvero adorabile con noi! Abbiamo amato i 6 giorni trascorsi qui!! ❤️❤️❤️ Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment! Beautiful design! The bus and train stations are only a 5-minute walk away, right in the city center! The host lady was so kind, helpful and lovely with us! We loved every single day of our 6-day stay here!! ❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful experience staying at Cagliari Xclusive. As a group of three friends, we found the apartment perfect for our needs. The host was incredibly helpful, providing clear and detailed instructions that made check-in and our entire stay smooth and stress-free. The location is superb - right in the heart of Cagliari, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transport. A special touch was the bottle of wine and snacks kindly left for us by the host, which we thoroughly enjoyed in the beautiful terrace/garden area. It made us feel truly welcomed. The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable - an ideal base for exploring the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cagliari. We’d definitely stay here again!
