Central location with lots of atmosphere (be prepared for accompanying noise)
High ceiling in main rooms (mezzanine better for hobbits!)

Pros:
1) Excellent location
2) Very clean
3) The host was very friendly.
4) Coffee was much appreciated.
Cons:
1) The listing does not mention the fact that half of the unit has a very low ceiling. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are only acceptable for people less than 5'6" (168 cm). Anyone taller will have to duck the entire time. I am 6'2" (188 cm), and the upstairs (especially the bathroom) was very uncomfortable and difficult to use.
2) Because of the location, the apartment is very noisy at night.
