Buona posizione, vicinissimo a tutte le zone centrali di Cagliari. In un bel palazzo storico. Appartamento pulito e ben servito.

Non abbiamo avuto nessun contatto personalmente con i proprietari o qualcuno dello staff. Poter avere anche solo un piccolo scambio di parole all' inizio del soggiorno sarebbe stato più accogliente.

Le point fort de l'appartement est sa localisation. Il permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied ou en bus. Il est grand et spacieux. Les interlocuteurs répondent rapidement aux questions qu'on peut avoir.

L'escalier est dangereux pour les enfants en bas age. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'équipement dans la cuisine (une casserole, une poêle, pas de grille-pain, pas d'essuie-tout, pas de torchons etc). Et l'appartement est très bruyant (situé au-dessus d'un restaurant) surtout la nuit.

Central location between uni and beach right downtown. I liked its kitchen and baths and the fact the the host was reliable and we could chat with him via What’s App and helped right away when the fuse shut down.

The second bedroom is a loft, so it was NOT private at all. There was a description about a balcony but it was not clear for me that I will be literally sleeping in the same airspace right above my supervisor and hear each other snore. My bed was comfortable, but we advise the downstairs mattress to be swooped out. I also wished there were detergent capsule to wash clothes. Otherwise all necessary items were provided. The attitude of the property manager, however, was a bit reprimanding and critical after we left. We rushed for a morning meeting to the uni and hoped to return to clean some more but did not have time as we had to go to the airport and we were counting on this possibility. Therefore, we had already locked the keys in the lockbox the night before and we both witnessed that (two university professors). The following day our host was mad at us for not finding the house keys and leaving mixed up trash in the can and a few unwashed plates and the sandwich maker unclean - but a typical sign of using an apartment for 10 days. It was not house sitting for a friend for free. We did not understand why the next guest did not find the keys in the lockbox where we left it. For the price we payed (way over 1000 Euros) we expected the cleaning fees to be included and not to be scolded for tedious house rules that were not emphasized beforehand! Aside from this stressful interactions upon our arrival home, which ruined our mood and distracted us from paying attention to my luggage , location was great and overall the host was reliable. Recommend it for clean freaks who enjoy sharing a room and a loft for nighttime conversations.
