Chris’s Oceanfront Retreat is a bright, multi-level beach house tucked away on the quiet north side of Rockaway—close enough to everything, but far from the crowds. Two nearby public paths make getting to the ocean quick and easy, so beach days are always within reach.
The main level features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space filled with natural light from big windows and coastal views. Step outside onto the ocean-view deck and follow the stairs down toward the beach paths—perfect for morning coffee or sunset hangs. The updated kitchen has artificial granite countertops and a fully stocked pantry, making meals at home a breeze. Upstairs, you’ll also find three bedrooms, including a spacious California king primary suite.
Downstairs offers another open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that opens to a private lower deck surrounded by coastal brush—great for a little extra peace and quiet. Two additional bedrooms on this level give everyone plenty of space to spread out and relax.
The garage is packed with fun extras, including a picnic table, gas grill, horseshoes, beach toys, and plenty of firewood. It opens to the parking area and serves as the main entry to the home. After a day of beachcombing, unwind around the wood-burning fire pit, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the stars.
