About this house rental
This amazing 2360 sq. ft. home was built in 2007. The enormous master bedroom spans the beachside width of the upper level and has a king sized bed and 2 twin beds (perfect for a family with younger children). The additional 2 bedrooms each have a king sized bed. Additional sleeping options are in the game/activity room area with 2 pull out twin beds. *The 2 full bathrooms are located on the 2nd level, so require stairs to access. The bathroom on the main level is just a half bath with no tub or shower. The kitchen is fully furnished with all your cooking needs. The home has a heated outside water outlet to be able to clean off the sand from the beach. The beach can be accessed by walking over the rip rap (large rocks to break the waves). There are additional areas to access the beach along the access road.

In addition to all the fun shops in the quaint little beach town of Rockaway Beach, our family has enjoyed fishing and crabbing in Nehalem Bay and Tillamook Bay, which are both within 15 minutes of the home. Lake Lytle is also within walking distance. We also enjoy visiting local towns and enjoying sites like the Tillamook Cheese Factory and exploring Manzanita and Cannon Beach. There are also several hiking options, such as Neahkanhnie Mountain located 16 miles away.
