Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was so close to the ocean and the view from the upstairs balcony was amazing. There were a couple things to note: The downstairs garage and bedrooms smelled damp when we arrived and continued to smell damp throughout our stay. To get to the beach you do have to decend about 8 larger boulder steps, which was difficult for some of our older family members (if you walk down the street there is a less steep entrance). The house was mostly well cleaned, but there were large items found under the couches and under a bed downstairs (old goopy bubble wand). There were wet bath mats in the dryer on our arrival as well.
