With four bedrooms and two game rooms, this home is the perfect spot for a gathering of friends or a family reunion. You can walk right out to an expansive deck with a new hot tub, dining tables, a gas barbecue, and a private entrance to a sandy path to miles of beach. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Well equipped with plenty of space. We all enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and hot tub. Location was ideal with ocean front access right from the deck. Nicely adjacent to Rockaway Beach, Tillamook, Manzanita, and Cannon Beach but without the crowds!

We stayed 2 nights in July with family ranging from age 75 to 9 months old and a dog.
The home was clean. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Great location, easy access to beach, house located on quiet private street. Ping pong table and Billiard table, board games and puzzles were a plus.
We enjoyed walks along the beach which was easily accessible via a private trail through the tall grass. The south jetty had great tide pool to explore during low tide. Kitchen was well stocked. We cooked and grilled and ate at the dining table large enough to seat all of us.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house and was able to make wonderful memories together!
Couple things we would recommend looking into are below:
1. the back sliding door is hard to open and close
2. it would be nice to have some windows with screen (one above the sink and several facing the beach) to open and let cross breeze in to ventilate the house
3. mattresses in the downstairs bedrooms may need to be changed. One of our family members said the mattress was lumpy and too soft
4. Kitchen is well stocked with all sorts of utensils and plenty of plates/cups/silverware but it would be nice to have a lighter, couple more silicone tipped tongs and consider getting new frying pans/pots.
5. The hand towel hanger in the 1/2 bathroom upstairs was loose and the soap dispenser did not work.
6. Lastly, I would recommend putting a strip or sign downstairs where there is a step down between the bedrooms and the billiard room. Many of us almost tripped and fell.

The house was fully stocked with lots of space in the kitchen for a larger family. Plenty of space for the family to hang out. We would love to rent this house again.
