About this house rental
Ocean front home with private path to Nedonna Beach
You’ll enter the home on the lower level where you will find 2 bedrooms(king & queen) a full bathroom, laundry room with washer & dryer and a large family room(queen sleeper sofa). The family room has plenty of room for relaxing and watching a movie or playing games. As you go up stairs you will be awestruck with the amazing view of the ocean out of the extra large wall of windows and sliding glass door, that opens to the deck and hot tub. It’s an open and spacious living, dinning and kitchen area. There are swivel recliners in the living room so you can choose your view, look north to the Nehalem bay jetty or south to twin rocks. Also in the living room is a large section sofa and electric fireplace. The large dinning table seats 8 comfortably and another 4 at the oversized kitchen island. The incredible kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to make your family meals including walk in pantry/coffee bar area. The kitchen window fully opens to the bar counter on the covered deck with a bbq and patio fire table that seats 6. Also upstairs is a half bath and 2 Master suits - The ocean front master bedroom has a king bed, TV, Blackout blinds/curtains, en suit bathroom w/ large soaking tub, tile shower double sink vanity, separate toilet closet. The mountain View master has a king bed, TV, walk in closet, en suit bathroom with tile shower.
When on the beach a must see at low tide is all the sea life on the jetty, star fish, sea anemones and little crabs are sure to make everyone smile. There are sand toys at the house for the castle builders.
Rockaway Beach is a short 3 mile drive south with restaurants, gift shops, coffee house and ice cream shops. Or Garibaldi is a bit father south with the Garibaldi Marina, there you can get fresh local seafood or go out charter fishing and catch your own fresh seafood. North of the house is Wheeler with a great antique shopping, Nehalem with amazing river side fish n chips! And Manzanita.

The home was perfect. Stunning views. Immediate beach access. Very clean and exactly as listed. Perfect peaceful pristine. Highly recommend! Right on the beach!

This was probably the nicest rental we've ever stayed in. The house was immaculate. It is fairly new construction with a modern layout in all the rooms. The large greatroom (kitchen open to living room) allows everyone to see the ocean at all times! Coming from Oklahoma this was a treat! Kitchen and large pantry were well stocked and had everything you could ever ask for or need! Living room had a large screen tv for watching movies at night. This house would work well for large families, though we only used the main floor with two king beds and ensuite bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. Showers were great and had good pressure. We absolutely loved all the windows and ability to be on the beach in just a few minutes. Would love to come back again one day!

This place is beautiful and the location is to die for. The kitchen was really well appointed and the bedrooms were very comfortable. One of the nicest beach houses I've ever stayed at!

Loved this house so much, it was a perfect home for us! Everything was so nice and thoughtfully designed for guests. Toys, kitchen essentials, beach gear-- this house had everything we could've wanted!
