Relax in luxury with the best views on the coast! The Lookout is a massive 6000sqft+ home on the hill, with panoramic ocean & Twin Rock views, spa with sauna and cold plunge, large theater room with 120" projector, and outdoor hot tub with a view!

This beautiful house on the hill is the perfect coastal getaway for groups large and small. Enjoy 6000sqft+ with stunning panoramic views of the ocean and Twin Rocks from almost every room in the house, the sauna, cold plunge, two decks, and the large hot tub.
This gorgeous home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. With multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces and a large dining room table, this house has something for everyone. It features a Sonos whole house sound system with volume controls in every room, gas fireplaces on both levels, a downstairs wet bar and game room with a surprise behind one of the bookshelves... A hidden card & board game room!
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and appliances, including a Vitamix, instapot and more! Enjoy a latte from the Breville espresso machine, Chemex pour-over, or drip from the Ninja coffee maker. We have a coffee and tea selection ready for you!
Sleep soundly with crisp cotton sheets and luxurious linen duvet covers. King beds in five of the bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and very comfortable bunk room with two queen bunks and one full size bunk, all with memory foam mattresses. Ear plugs are provided!
This house has a beautiful office, equipped with a monitor, 1GB ultra fast wifi, and external mouse and keyboard.
Relax with a book on the luxe living room sectional or in the massive family room with the projector screen. Soak in the hot tub and then take a dip in the cold plunge, or enjoy watching the waves crash between the Twin Rocks from the dry sauna - this house has something for everyone!
22 guests maximum are allowed at The Lookout
Parking is limited to seven (7) vehicles. A maximum of five (5) cars are allowed to park in the driveway. If you have more than 5 cars, the additional cars must park in the garage. Parking on the cul-de-sac or on the road in the neighborhood is not permitted and will result in vehicles being towed; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties.
Please remove your shoes inside.
No parties or large events. Evidence of parties (including noise complaints from neighbors) will result in a fine and payment for any property damages incurred.
No pets. You will be charged an additional pet fee if evidence of a pet is found.
No indoor smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will be expected to pay for any smoke remediation treatment to the house if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
No amplified music outside, quiet hours outside are after 9:30pm and before 8am.
Only plastic cups and dishes allowed outside and by the hot tub
You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries or illnesses that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. Moreover, the homeowner and/or rental manager are not responsible for any inoperable equipment or the functionality thereof.
Do not move the furniture without our authorization.
Do not do your laundry with ours; please always wash and dry your belongings separate from the house linens.
Hot Tub and Cold Plunge – No children under the age of 12 permitted in hot tub or cold plunge at any time. When using the hot tub, remember there is certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, they may not be warm until filled or heated.
No foreign objects are placed and/or left inside the gas fireplaces.
Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup and paper product stocking. While linens, bath towels, extra toilet paper and paper towels are included, daily maid service and additional paper products are not included in the rental rate.

The Lookout is a beautiful, luxurious house with incredible views! We had a wonderful family gathering for Thanksgiving and this place was ideal.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!We stayed here for our church’s annual Men’s Retreat, and this house exceeded every expectation! The home was very clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious, perfect for our large group.The amenities were outstanding and truly made our stay memorable. We enjoyed the ping pong and billiard tables, relaxed in the sauna every night, and spent time in the outdoor jacuzzi.The Breville espresso machine was a huge hit — we were making coffee drinks from morning until late evening! The large projector screen was great for our gatherings, and the views of the ocean from nearly every window were simply breathtaking.The deck was another highlight — plenty of comfortable seating around a modern propane fire table, perfect for conversations while enjoying the ocean air.Communication with the host was exceptional. She responded promptly to every message and made everything smooth and easy.The house had everything we needed for a relaxing, worry-free stay, and its location was ideal — just a short drive or walk to the beach.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property and would love to come back again next year!

House was even better than pictured! So much space for our group to spread out. There were only 12 of us but could have easily added many more to our group. Highly recommend!

This house is WONDERFUL!!! Our group of 14 stayed for a week and we all loved every second of it. The house is spectacular, lots of space with beautiful furnishings, very clean and well-maintained. Our group loved the sauna/hot tub/cold plunge as well as the game room w/ private poker room. We spent a lot of time sitting in front of the living room window staring out at the ocean views. The couch is giant - like a bed - and very comfortable. In fact - ALL of the couches and giant bean bags were great for lounging and napping. The deck had just been renovated w/ beautiful benches and a new fire table - absolutely stunning.The host Katie could not have been more responsive and helpful. There were a handful of issues that needed addressing and she responded immediately, fixing them so quickly it's like there was never even a problem. She was even extremely patient and flexible when we had a problem with our payment, which was greatly appreciated. She was super nice and an absolute joy to deal with.We've stayed in numerous luxury rentals and this was one of the very best. We would be happy to stay here again in the future - thank you Katie!!!!
