This property offers an off‑grid wellness experience and is intentionally free of all wireless technology. This is to support guests and the on‑site owner who are sensitive to EMFs, as well as those seeking respite from modern technology and wishing to enjoy a genuine digital detox. Wireless devices must be left in the car on arrival and may only be used in the designated guest carpark throughout your stay. The cottage includes three bedrooms consisting of a family room with a double and a single bed, a king-size bedroom with an en‑suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, and a twin bedroom. Additional facilities include an upstairs bathroom with a bath, walk‑in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, along with a ground‑floor shower room featuring a walk‑in shower, basin and WC. The property offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room/sunroom, and a comfortable sitting room with a woodburning stove and an optional television that can be removed upon request. Appliances include an electric double oven and hob, a fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Fuel and power are included in the rent, with extra wood and kindling available to purchase if required. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request. Off‑road parking is provided in the guest carpark. Outside, guests can enjoy a large patio area with furniture, an undercover barbecue with seating, and a seasonal, unheated swimming pool that is available only in summer and is not suitable for young children. Guests also have access to a peaceful two‑acre conservation field with a picnic area, brook, wildflowers and dragonflies, offering a truly natural setting. Access to the wider 17.5‑acre farm is available only through paid, guided experiences. Optional animal activities and musical entertainment may be arranged directly with the owners. Up to five horses can be stabled by prior arrangement for an additional cost. Smoking is not permitted. A shop, café and pub can be found 3.2 miles away in Llangadfan. Please note that the property is intentionally entirely free from wireless technology to support those sensitive to EMFs and to provide a fully wireless‑tech‑free environment for guests seeking tranquillity and a break from modern digital life.

Town: Llanwddyn is a small village at the head of the Vyrnwy valley, only half a mile from beautiful Lake Vyrnwy, and the impressive Victorian dam. Standing close to the Snowdonia National Park, and between the Cambrian and Berwyn mountain ranges, this whole area offers stunning countryside. The lake and RSPB estate provides wonderful watersports facilities including windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking and sailing as well as game and fly fishing. There is also clay pigeon shooting, cycle hire, birdwatching, numerous walking paths and many other outdoor activities. An ideal location for touring all of Snowdonia and enjoying the sandy beaches of the Cardigan Bay coastline.
