What a little Gem of a find! Gu and Steve are excellent hosts. And the accommodation was superb. We had a wonderful evening by the Fire Pit and the location was just stunning. Will definitely return!

We stayed at Bryn Melyn Cottages after a very last-minute change of plans due to flooding at the cottage we were originally staying in. Honestly, it felt like the flood happened for a reason, because Bryn Melyn was absolutely fabulous.
We stayed in the two-bedroom cottage and it had everything we needed for a really comfortable, stress-free stay. The cottage was well equipped, cosy, and felt like a proper home from the moment we arrived.
The hosts were amazing — so welcoming and thoughtful — and checked in with us to make sure we were settled and had everything we needed, which really meant a lot given the circumstances of our arrival.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place and will definitely be booking again, hopefully in the summer next time. Highly recommend!

Cosy , very comfortable to stay in . Lovely setting . Easy to speak to owners.
More information about what’s going on in the area particularly during holiday times. Bathroom was a tight space to get in and out of and the floor was a bit slippery.

Steve and Gu were such a lovely couple, they were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cottages were exactly as described and more. The location was very peaceful and relaxing with extensive grounds.
We were a group of twelve and stayed at three separate cottages, but the cottage we occupied - two double bedrooms- was the smallest , but cosy. We had issues with very low water pressure and we didn't like how cold it was initially because the cottage has old fashion storage heaters that only comes on in the middle of the night! But once it was up and running it stayed very warm all day.
