Location - we walked to Bala lake for an organised swim.
Rooms - good size for four of us to have our own space.
Kitchen - well equipped
Damp smell in down stairs bathroom. Soon cleared once heating had been on.
Sadly, noisy neighbours. This is out of the control of the owners. Staff from the church spoke to us, and apologised feeling it let the neighbourhood down, and was not representative of the general community.

Good location, functional with facilities. Downstairs furniture was good.
Hazardous carpet on top staircase. Marks and major chips on paintwork throughout property. Shower flooded almost instantly..

Great location, parking permits on arrival
Leaking shower, property not overly clean, dirty throws on the sofa. No internet code sent onto us, Key code was incorrect delaying entrance to the property.
