Having to pick up and drop off the keys from a different location when you are travelling in a taxi to/from the airport was not ideal. Instructions on how to enter the building were not clear - e.g. 2 fobs and had to us the one that looked like a roller door fob - and tap on the back. After a couple of phones calls still wasn't clear. A young school kid who lived in the building ended up showing us how to use the keys and told us what floor we were on.
