The kitchen is fully equipped should you need some light cooking. Otherwise, save the fuss as there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and taverns downstairs.
Designed to sleep 4 people, this cosy apartment is ready for a family trip or 2 couples travelling together, business or leisure. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit.
The MASTER BEDROOM is suitable for two people, with a comfortable queen sized bed. There is a space for a portable baby cot which can be arranged by prior request (Baby highchair and baby bathtub as well).
The industrial styled SECOND BEDROOM has two single beds and it sleeps two people comfortably.
Rejuvenate yourselves after a long day in our large rain shower. You can also wash your laundry and iron your clothes in the big bathroom. Drying rack is also provided for balcony use.
The apartment is fully furnished and set up for your stay including all necessities, 48inch Smart TV, a bluetooth speaker, coffee table books+city guide book, basic cooking condiments, iron+ironing board, hair dryer+hair straightener, kitchen appliances such as dish washer, oven, induction cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker and teapot, shampoo+conditioner+body wash+hand soap, dish+laundry detergent and complimentary coffee, tea and milk, unlimited wifi and Netflix.

Apartment was great. Everything you could need was there. Very clean apartment. Location was walking distance to Perth CBD which made it easy to get around without a car. Janet was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here next time I am in Perth.

This property was ours for 6 days, we are a family of 5, and the stay was absolutely perfect. Janet was there to meet us and give us the local run down which helped us a lot and she fitted in with our arrival time very politely.
If you want good food, this place is almost right in the middle of Chinatown where we were able to eat ourselves stupid with hundreds of places to choose from.
We had a car and the private parking was a bonus. We also hot the blue cat to the city that was literally outside the doors of the unit
The apartment had 2 decent bedrooms, a sofa bed for our 5th person in the lounge and was fully stocked with kitchen stuff to cook with and eat with.
There was a washing machine and a dryer and the shower was powerful with great water pressure.there is an added sunroom area next to the lounge which was a nice bonus.
It was nice and quiet and felt very safe and secure.You could actually walk to the city if you were not as lazy as myself!
We would definitely stay there again over a hotel or, well anywhere else really

Modern apartment with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Felt like home. Location is superb, there is a free bus stop just outside and it is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. Place is vibrant and easy to walk around. Accessible by public transport to easily get around the whole Perth region. Hosts were excellent and gave many recommendations for coffee, food and attractions when we checked in. Very highly recommend this as a place to stay!
