- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.
Guest Verification & Damage Deposit
-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
PLEASE BE NOTED: Tiling works will carry out from March 3rd and shall be completed on April 2nd, 2026. It will start from the entrance of the building up to the 1st floor only. This is to improve the building interior to maintain the best guest experience.

Great stay with Leonardo. He was a prompt host with any issues I had. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Location a bonus to the city. Decided to extend my stay last minute and all possible due to Leonardo. My only critique is the lift not working. Lugging 30kg suitcases up to the second floor was not a fun experience at all. Other than this, I really enjoyed myself
