The unit is perfect for a couple, all appliances in good condition with comfortable furnishings. Location is excellent with a 5 block walk to Perth's transport hub or frequent regular buses just around the corner. Plenty of eating options in the street.

Local grocery is limited. Site management were a mixed result. Requiring photo I.D. (redundant as not used to gain access) and other info just to secure access ) is not what I'm used to (USA & CANADA aren't that onerous).. I was so taken back by the impersonal way this was done that I thought this request was a scam! Instructions are clumsily presented and unnecessarily drawn out, it is a casual rental, not an obsticle course. Things improved when I bluntly explained my discomfort and close management got me over line --- just send the codes in one hit. That aspect was unsettling. Booking.com need to make these requirements clear up front. They are NOT normal.

The location is perfect! On a bustling street , the apartment is on the quieter end. Bakery, nail, and hair salon downstairs, also a vegetarian grocer and vegan restaurant. Thank you for the Nespresso pods. They were my morning synergy. Washer and dryer get a tick from me. Parking on-site, also. Short walk to the culture center and cbd. Hosts were great. I felt comfortable with asking questions because it was welcomed by the host and answered almost instantly. Thank you!

The mattress isn't the best but bearable.

Situation de l établissement

Durant les 3 semaines de location, nous avons du endurer 2 semaines de travaux avec marteau piqueur dans l établissement dès 8.00 du matin jusqu’à 16.00. Si j avais su cela avant… je n aurais pas loué… Le système d accès à l appartement ( digicode) est tombé en panne ( batterie faible) au bout d une semaine… je me suis retrouvée à la porte de l appartement et ai du attendre 3 heures à l extérieur avant que quelqu’un vienne faire le nécessaire …. Ai également demandé des draps pour le canapé lit… qui ne sont jamais arrivés…. Enfin, après 3 semaines de location… ai demandé la possibilité de faire un Check out un peu plus tard… la réponse a été négative….
