Nice cozy apartment
Needs some work done, lots of loose trims/handles etc, one fan upstairs didn’t work

Located next to Beaufort street with easy access to the city, restaurants, cafes, shops etc…
Noisy steps going upstairs, why not replace the fake wood with carpet?
Could not take luggage upstairs due to helical staircase, difficult.
Small living space, more suited to a couple than two couples.

The location for coffee and food was good
We found the unit very small. The second bedroom had no aircon and only had a double bed, was very small. The spiral case squeaked and the block itself was old untidy and run down
