Great kitchen with modern appliances, good bathroom. Nice area and view over Perth Good air conditioning. Good communication and easy access to property on arrival.

2nd bedroom was interesting with only a curtain separation from the kitchen and no door at the side. Very light in the morning.

Gorgeous, funky little apartment. Beautiful city views. 5 minute walk to the main strip for cafes, groceries and the Rosemount hotel. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed and lounge suite. Brilliant alfresco to relax with a cuppa or drink and a book.

Only one reverse cycle aircon which is in the main living area. Worked well, but didn’t heat the bedroom. I would probably recommend a warmer bed cover or extra blanket for the coming winter months.

Property looks and photographs well. Nice natural light.

Nothing really functioned properly. Outside lights weren’t working, bathroom lights inadequate and bulbs missing and too dull. Found rotting chicken in oven and used toothpicks all over floor, white chunks through the toilet bowl and rubbish under the bed visible from the door. All doors and locks were sticky, or so poorly designed that they’ll cut your finger on the wood when opening Owner was helpful when we didn’t have bin bags or toilet paper but didn’t want to ask for any other basics like dishwashing liquid or a hand towel. Second bedroom not a bedroom- fine, but fix the rip in the curtain and attach another curtain for a door. Overall quite disappointing compared to other stays in Perth.
