it was well located for our needs this trip and had sufficient space to accommodate 4 adults comfortably. clean and tidy overall.
the managing team were fast to respond to our needs by email but failed to follow through on their responses. initial responses to email were so fast i wondered if it was an AI bot.

The beds were comfortable
Only aircon in the main living area, the bathroom is in major need of renovating, leaking taps in the shower, the filter water tap leaks all over the bench, the pans for cooking need replacing, the front door lock is dicky and came opened in the middle of the night, there is a dog or cat door that has just been duct taped up.
