Having to give an ID Photo was.new to us so that was a bit of an adjustment. Would have been better to known that it was required earlier in the booking process.

The location was great, the shower was fantastic, and it was great having a fully functional kitchen and washing machine
The bed was very hard, the furniture was uncomfortable, no housekeeping, no reception but the manager was easily contactable by text
