The appartment was clean and self sufficient including a washing machine.
A little noisy, sirens every night from emergency vehcles in downtown. TV was small to see from the bed and not a smart one so just free to air. It was at least a 20min walk to food of any kind.

Great location. Close to a busy restaurant, shopping, supermarket precinct.
This time we stayed the kitchen sink taps leaked. TV aerial wasn’t good.
TV kept dropping into YOUTUBE.

It was good location for the bus
We had to climb 3 flights of stairs and the couch was pretty outdated
